KN-GV800A CNC forming wheel gear GRINDING machine is installed vertically for the machining parts. The machine has seven 7 AC servo shafts.The system is programmed to work automatically.It has the functions of on-line measurement, automatic tooth setting, automatic allocation of grinding tolerance and error compensation.

    The grinding wheel dressing adopts the following three-axis linkage normal dressing mode, which shortens the auxiliary time of grinding wheel dressing and improves the work efficiency. Meanwhile, arbitrary tooth shape can be modified, which greatly improves the service life of diamond roller.

       Can process 4 grade precision gear(GB/T10095.1-2008). Suitable for wind power, mining machinery and all kinds of reducer gear grinding.

Machine features:

    The machine adopts independent three-axis CNC grinding wheel dressing, which has the following advantages:

    1) It can reduce the requirements on the contour shape of diamond roller, prolong the service life of diamond roller, and greatly reduce the user cost.

    2) Straight lines, arcs, involutes and their combination curves in any direction can be repaired by using the same diamond roller, and the tooth shape is not affected by the abrasion of diamond roller shape, and the dressing accuracy is high.

    3) The installation position of the dresser is relatively fixed with that of the grinding head, and the grinding wheel can be dressed at any position (non-grinding), which reduces the idle travel time of grinding wheel dressing and greatly improves the production efficiency.

    The machine is equipped with on-line automatic measurement system, with on-line measurement of machined gear, automatic tooth alignment, tooth profile error compensation and other functions. Continuous scanning probe is adopted, which has the characteristics of high precision and fast speed. Equipped with self-developed professional processing software, the machine can also process high-precision cycloid wheel, and the machine has good adaptability.
