The machine adopts the overall high rigidity machine body design,with a total of five AC servo shafts and two speed regulating spindles.The grinding wheel spindle is driven by a high-speed servo spindle motor through the belt.

The grinding wheel dressing function adopts three-axis linkage normal dressing mode, which makes the abrasion of diamond roller have little influence on the tooth shape and improve the utilization rate of the wheel. In addition to several main shapes such as involute, arc and triangle, grinding of various complex internal tooth shapes can also be accomplished by graphic programming. In addition, the machine also has the function of automatic tooth alignment, tooth shape and tooth direction modification.
