KN-GS360A spur gear forming and grinding machine is a kind of precision CNC machine for batch grinding of high precision cycloidal gear and spur gear. This machine can grind all kinds of truncated plate, plug gauge, roller wheel, spline shaft, broach, etc. It is widely used in tooth shape grinding of RV reducer, spur gear processing and other industries.

     The grinding wheel dressing adopts the following three-axis linkage normal dressing mode, which shortens the auxiliary time of grinding wheel dressing and improves the work efficiency. Meanwhile, arbitrary tooth shape can be modified, which greatly improves the service life of diamond roller.

       The machine has five AC servo shafts and AC frequency conversion speed regulating spindle, which adopt high rigidity bed design and electric spindle with high power grinding wheel.  Water soluble cutting liquid can be used to cool the machine, improve the safety and save the cost.
